Lyf OS is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher — 16 in some EEA member states). By creating an account, you confirm you meet this minimum age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without required parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

New accounts confirm they meet the minimum age requirement as part of sign-up. This is a self-declared confirmation, not a verified age-gate.
